So for all of you not knowing who to turn to it’s the Federal Trade commission.

I recently purchased the Funtime popcorn machine model FT1665PP. I ordered it for the youth group for my church, and was hoping to use it for lots of events we have coming up soon. I am not happy with the condition it arrived in. Many parts of the machine were dented and scratched. To top it off, One of the glass doors shattered as I was installing it. I've been getting my youth group hyped up about having a popcorn machine for weeks, but I'm now worried that the other glass pieces will shatter if I use it.

I was pleased that the product was sent quickly. It was ordered Jan 6, sent on the 7th, arrived at Fed Ex Terminal on the 9th, only 5 miles away, and sent out for delivery on the 10th. However, it is now the 13th and it still remains undelivered. I requested on the 10th that it be delivered 2 miles from me at a Fed Ex Drop off for secure reasons and it has not yet been delivered. There must be a more reliable service to use.

The truck loaders at this facility don't know how to load a trailer, 39.000 pounds loaded all in the front of the trailer cost me $700.00 in penalty at weight station, do not trust these guys!!!
