Меня выгрузили в течении часа, всё очень быстро. Когда ехал сюда, почитал отзывы и думал что буду здесь стоять пол дня, но всё было на удивление хорошо

On October 26, 2025, at approximately 7:21 PM, my fiancé and I experienced one of the most humiliating and distressing incidents of our lives at the Kroger located on Summer Avenue in Memphis, TN. While shopping with our 4year old daughter we were harassed, antagonized, and falsely accused of stealing by one of your security guards . This all in full view of customers and store employees. At the time, I had purchased six items: a case of water, two pints of ice cream, a loaf of bread, a pack of deli meat, and a box of ice cream cones. As we were exiting the store, the security guard abruptly stopped our cart and demanded to see our receipt. While I had no issue presenting proof of purchase, as I am aware that water cases are occasionally checked, it was his tone, body language, and aggression were completely uncalled for. He approached us as if we were attempting to flee the store. After I handed him my receipt, he stood there longer than expected, then proceeded to rummage through our bags with his bare hands, aggressively touching our groceries, including open food items like deli meat. Shocked and uncomfortable, I asked him what he was doing. Rather than responding professionally, he became hostile, irate, and began yelling, falsely claiming that we had "been caught stealing." This public outburst left us completely stunned. We have been loyal Kroger customers at this location for nearly eight years, and we have never been treated in such a degrading manner. Despite my repeated requests for him to specify what he believed was unpaid for, he could not identify a single item missing from the receipt. Instead, he looked me directly in the eyes and intentionally smashed my loaf of bread against the case of water, a blatant act of aggression meant to humiliate us further. When I asked for my receipt back, he refused to return it, stating that we "weren’t going anywhere." Once he finally handed it over, we attempted to leave, but he followed us outside, continuing to yell, curse, and publicly call us thieves. He even took pictures of us and our vehicle, loudly threatening that if we ever returned to the store, we would be "arrested for trespassing and shoplifting." All of this occurred in front of customers and employees and most painfully, in front of our terrified 4year old daughter, who was left crying and visibly traumatized. No store employee intervened or offered assistance during or after this disturbing incident. Since that evening, I have reached out to both Kroger Human Resources and American Guard Services, the company providing the security personnel, to file a formal complaint. To date, I have received no response, apology, or explanation from either party. This experience has left my family and me deeply shaken and emotionally distressed. It is unacceptable for any paying customer. Let alone a family with a small child to be treated with such disrespect, hostility, and public humiliation in a place where we should feel safe. I have requested an immediate and formal investigation into this matter, including the identity and conduct record of the security guard involved. Additionally, I expect a written and or public apology and appropriate action taken to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment at your establishment. To date, I have received no response, apology, or explanation from either party.

O, I read some reviews before I came here. This is my experience. Came super early & waited in staging area until 15:00, that’s the earliest you can Checkin in for the evening shift apt,s. Yes, you have to walk a bit to Checkin but face it you could use the exercise. I know I could. There is a restroom in the staging area to use. My apt. Was at 18:00 I was in a door by 17:10. Unloading began at 17:30. Every one I encountered was professional and friendly enough… So far I would say this place is normal as far as distribution centers go….

My appointment was for 11:30 pm. Arrived at 3:00 pm. Checked in. Said they would call me with a door when available. No call. Had to get corporate involved. Still here, assured me I will be unloaded at 3:00 pm the next day! What a joke. Management needs to look at this place before truckers boycott them. I won’t be back.

What a joke. I refuse to use a kroger as a consumer because of how horrible their DCs are. The check in window is at gloryhole height and about the same size, there's no microphone and the person inside doesn't try to be heard. And your truck needs to be parked in their staging lot about 5-600 yards away. That's 1/3 of a mile walk each way so hopefully the weather is nice. Almost 6 hours since I checked in and I'm not even assigned a door yet. Guess they don't want fresh produce that bad. Check in is almost as bad. Borderline belligerent and hard to understand, and we get to pay capstone for the privilege of being allowed to be unloaded by them. The security guard didn't check all of my bills and caused the delay "this morning". I've been in town for almost 24 hours trying to get a few pallets offloaded.

hate coming here. depending on your appointment time is when you are able to be checked in. example your appointment is at 7:30 earliest to check in is 3:30am. Any time earlier than that won’t count. Then once you get your call to goto a door it can take over 4 hours to get unloaded. And if your lumper is not prepaid by broker you will have to pay and wait for them to. They do have overnight parking with security that blesses one with their presence only. The walk from the parking lot to security gate can be a long one depending on where you park. Really wish places would kick people out for wearing flip flops. A safety vest is also required.
