I got transferred to this storage unit to rent a U-Haul trailer after my rental didn’t go as planned at another storage unit who stores U-Haul rentals, and there were complications with my transfer. However, Angie, the storage professional was kind, and super patient about the situation and did everything she could and contacted whoever she needed to in order to help me resolve my rental. I appreciate her so much for her professionalism and patience

The facilities are immaculate. Lighting is always good - due to all the lights being in motion detectors. Their monthly billing system is also very easy to use. The downtown location is great and easy to access and very secure.
