I met sales rep Josh Dear through FB to set up a showing he had the boat ready when we got there and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the loan process as painless as possible and he worked the numbers until I was comfortable with what I wanted to pay, also he gave us incentives like 6 months of free boat storage, customization to the boat and some in-store credit 11/10 would buy all my boats from this guy again.

We had a great experience with Memphis Boat Center. Barrett was so great and others there too, Devin and Jeremy were very helpful. The delivery experience was so good too. We really appreciate that!

Josh Dear provided me with a great customer service experience and when I had questions regarding the finance or cash payment he provided the necessary information to finalize the deal. I was taught that first impression create lasting relationships. I will definitely have Josh Dear to take care all of my boat needs in the future. Lastly, I was given a complete walk through by Joe Bailes who took his time in explaining functions and operations of my boat and he should be commended for a job well done. Purchased a used Mastercraft from Hart. When I say he did everything he said he would during the sales process I meant what I said! The other office staff always got him a message and a returned call was always made. If you’re looking for a boat as someone who spent 25 years in the sales business. This is definitely the place to go and definitely the people you want to deal with! Even after delivery when I had questions and I had already paid my bill. Hart still bent over backwards to answer my questions. Definitely top notch place! Would definitely recommend doing business with them! Now buy that boat you were looking at already!

Had a great experience working with these wonderful folks. I won’t officially put my boat in the water until Sunday but I’m very excited. I thought buying a boat would be a hassle but the great people at Memphis Boat Center made it all very easy. Josh is one of the coolest salesman I’ve ever met or worked with. THANKS JOSH!!! Can't say enough good about Devon and his crew at Memphis Boat Center. I purchased a boat remotely out of Tn from NC and had Devon perform a prepurchase inspection as well as address a couple of minor issues with the boat.
