I am giving only 3 stars because of my experience today picking up my online order. However, the team member Jessica (I may be spelling that wrong) was a FIVE STAR ⭐️ employee. She was the only one working at the Pickup/service desk. More employees should’ve been there with her, but everyone was goofing around elsewhere from what I could see. I gave Jessica my order number and she realized they wrongly sent me an email that my order was ready, but it was not. Jessica tried to call for help over the intercom- no response. Jessica then asked a fellow employee walking by if he would go get the order. He did not help her. She, then had to go do it herself, leaving the service desk unattended. I don’t know who’s managing this store, but they need to fix something. Jessica is a star employee. She couldn’t get help, so she fixed the problem herself.
Very unprofessional. I have shopped at the home Depot for years but after today never again. I purchased a $400 paint sprayer here used it for 2 days and the machine just stopped working. I go back the store this morning to return the first unlady was nice and helpful I explained the situation, showed my receipt and asked to exchange it for the exact same thing. Ok go get another one she says. I guess I took to long shopping spending my cash in home Depot because about time I get back she's gone on brake and now it's another young lady and acting as if she's clueless and calls an manager who state oh this cost so much I don't know if I can do this. $400,maam I spend this Everytime I come in home Depot which she could easily verify with my pro account. Nevertheless she refused to take my return for no other reason than it's $400 with a valid receipt that was 3 days old. Cool I left the paint gun on their counter u can have it because what good is it to me, now when I call American express and dispute this charge I'm being totally honest the product was not as described and I would like the charge reversed! Remember always use a credit card for companies like this!!!!
I purchased a shed from Home Depot, thought I was going to put it up myself. Ha I call Home Depot and they gave me a number to call for help. They have different contractors that will do the work for you. I called and only a couple responded. RA Services LLC is who I used. And they do offer other services as well.
Today at Home Depot I was called the "N" word by an associate named "KC" (the name on her name tag) after not being able to locate an item I asked her for help locating it as she was talking to another associate of hers. She just pointed at the isle I had been looking at and turned away, I then asked her to physically show me and she had the nerve to ask me did I bother to even look for it. That got me upset and so yes, I spoke again but with a sharper voice to get her help as I felt it to be very rude. Then not once but twice called me the " N" word. I asked for the manager( nice guy) he apologized and tried helping me locate my item and even he couldn't find it. All the while she stood there with a big grin on her face like she knows nothing is gonna come of my complaint. I spend a lot of money between my business and personal use each month with Home Depot and now looks like I'll be going elsewhere.
Went to get it some plants for the back yard, two hundred bucks later I have a beautiful back yard Update 2025: Just returned from my annual spring trip to Home Depot to get some veggie plants. Wonderful experience. I was greeted at entrance to Garden Center with 2 beautiful smiles. If that wasn't enough, the had everything I needed. Thanks Ladies for improving an already gorgeous day,

They had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful. There was a lot going on but it didn't feel trashed or cluttered when I went in. Overall a well run facility.
