A coworker referred this company to me and I was skeptical solely based on the name but these guys were so quick and efficient with helping us move into our apartment! These guys were punctual and literally helped us finish our move in two hours which I honestly did not think would happen. I would definitely book these guys again! They are super legit. My little weird coworker was right. Thanks Emily! I forgot the name of the two guys that helped us move (I suck with names) but they helped us move on the morning of Sept 19th @ 9am. Thank you guys so much for making our move seamless!
That's my yard! TBB replaced two large sections of an old fence, removed 30 feet of old, way overgrown azaleas, put in a conversation/fire pit area, planted a tree and shrubs, laid sod where old azaleas were removed and pressure washed and sealed our deck. It's so pretty and gives the yard a new, secluded and relaxing feel. Our deck, in all the times it's been pressure washed and sealed, has never looked better than it did after Shana (I think that was her name) worked on it! The crews that Taylor sent out to do the work were polite, professional and conscientious. I would definitely hire them to do more work in the future and I definitely recommend using their services.
Had a fence and screened in porch built by this company in June of 2023. The fence was built well. The screened in porch seemed to be built by a couple of guys that have never done a screened in porch before. Lines were not all straight, several pieces of warped wood used, etc. When I got the message that the porch was complete, I went ahead and payed the final balance and wish I hadn’t. Here are the issues we had: Multiple parts of the porch were not painted (we had agreed on white) Screen doors had a gap above them, allowing bugs to get in, rendering a screened in porch useless. There was a huge gap between the roof and supporting beam that allowed bugs to get in. Screen door locks had not been installed and were lying on the porch after "final work was completed" Rain dripped down through the roof onto our new outdoor furniture. Roof of the screened in porch was not flush against the house roof. The roof to the screen porch is slightly slanted, not straight. I had to call the contractor back three times to fix all of these issues. On top of that, the last time they came out to repair their mistakes, I had left a box of string lights on the porch that I was going to hang on the outside of the porch. They took it upon themselves to go ahead and drill holes in all of the wood on the inside of the porch and hang the lights themselves, without me asking them too. They ruined the porch. Couple of other things: This project took multiple weeks (only used two workers) and while they worked, they just left the lumber in my front yard, didn’t even take it into the backyard where the work was being done. The manager (owner?) left his truck and trailer in front of my house for several days, and asked me to park my car in front of it to prevent theft. I did it the first night, then moved my car because that’s not my job. Don’t pay credit card, there is a 3.5% fee, which adds up when you spend thousands. The website they use also asks for a tip? For what? Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this company for construction needs.
The 3 guys showed up 10 minutes early, loaded our stuff up in record time (we scheduled for 2 hours but they were done in a little over an hour), and even got it all to fit into 2 instead of 3 relocubes (so they even saved us money!). They were polite and careful with our boxes/furniture. I highly, highly recommend!
Very pleased. My parents are downsizing so we needed a couple of rooms of furniture moved to our house for distribution as they sell their house. John and Owen were prompt, took great care with our things, and got everything taken down, moved, and setup within 2 hours, which included :40 of drive time!
I saw multiple reviews saying they are often late but they overall had good reviews so i went with them anyways to move some furniture from 1 house to another. Huge mistake. They were supposed to show up at 9am. They didn’t show up and didn’t call me or anything. By 9:15, I called and the owner said they had a flat tire on their way to my location but would be there soon. I then get a call like 10 min later saying they had a flat tire on their way to their FIRST appointment right before me so they actually wouldn’t there until 11 and they’d give me a discount. I said that’s fine but make sure they call me when they are on the way, or at least 30 min before, so I can come back. At 10:40, nobody had called me yet so I called and the owner said they were on their way and would be there by 11. They weren’t there by 11:05 so I called again. I didn’t get a response but then the actual worker called me and said he was going to be late because he was all the way downtown. I told him the owner had just said he would be there by 11 and he said well I had a flat tire so I won’t be. I asked what his ETA was and he said he wasn’t sure but probably like 11:45. It was a very odd call. At that point, I said just forget it. I then called the owner who wouldn’t pick up anymore. Seriously a terribly run business. No wonder they give you such cheap quotes! Don’t go with this company. What a joke.
Hands down the best group of folks to ever do work at my house. I have had them do 4 different jobs and not had a complaint about anything. Always on time, get the job done quick AND very well. They will be my go to anytime I need work done. They have many talents and a super respectful and friendly and the job is always left done and cleaned up. Definitely recommend.
