The young men greeted me within seconds of entering the store explained that the system was down and they would enter my return as soon as it was back up. About two hours later I received a notification stating that my return was logged in at the exact time I was at the store. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite.
No need for any improvements. The associate was very friendly,, well dressed and very nice face. Store was very clean.
The employees were very nice and professional and the rental process was easy.

We met Jamie Harris at the N.Watkins location (771055) and will never go anywhere else even though it's a long drive. We needed propane and our usual location was out. We called around and got to Jamie's location just in time. It was 30 min to closing but she had us filled and to the register well before she closed. It was just such a pleasure to be around her and her wonderful attitude. I had several questions about new tanks and she was extremely helpful. We will never go anywhere else.
