I had a great call today with Ms. Melody. She was respectful, professional, and helpful. We need more workers like her. Good energy thanks for all you do.
We have had the best experience here. Melody answered our initial inquiry call and then followed up with further calls when we had questions. We rented here because of her. Her husband also came out to personally walk us through entering our code to enter and exit. They are the sweetest couple. Very good choice for storage.

Upper management is excellent—they’re responsive and effective in resolving any concerns I raise. While I’m not particularly fond of the area, it does feel relatively secure.
