Someone cut the lock off my unit and stole items worth $800 dollars and U Store did not cover them. I was told that I would to have my own renters insurance and was not told that upon doing my Renters contract. Also they have an online pay system that does not work. If you try to pay online it want accept your payment and then they charge you a $20 late fee because you can’t get in their payment system. When request to speak with to a manager you’re always told they’re not available. After being told that a callback was promised and you never receive it. They just taking your money.

Always helpful, rates are stable and steady (only one rate increase in the last 10 years). Very responsive to costumer concerns. Safe and secure with 24 hour access, CCTV, alarms on each unit...Top Notch for the money.

I love these folks one thing about it they have worked with me the entire time I been renting from them. They’ll call a text with reminders so u don’t get behind. Keep u the good work third street ustor

I have not had any issues with U-Stor. Staff is always very friendly and pleasant. Facility is clean, lot is well maintained, and the entrance/exit gates provide additional security. Online payment is great. If I can't get to the office I can always pay online. Easy access.
