Great Service from Jorge! I want to give a big thank you to Jorge for his excellent help. He was professional, courteous, and made the whole process quick and easy. Even though he is not the manager of Site 1527 in Menlo Park, his assistance really stood out. Friendly attitude, clear communication, and great attention to detail—highly appreciated!

I would give them 4 stars, the woman I spoke with (Jennika?) was very kind and helpful. I initially wanted to rent a 5x5 but turned out I didn’t need it. I was able to cancel my reservation, hoping to get refunded in 7-10 business days. Thank you for your help!

Very helpful staff, typically someone is at this location throughout the day, other storage companies don’t always have a person that you can meet in person to deal with things. The location is easy to access, and is clean, seems secure too.

I've been renting from them for a while, and out of the blue, they raised my rent 50 more dollars for 5×10 well this is my last month there, and I've never been using them ever again. Plus, if you get in and out of the spot, if you have to go back on Willow Rd, no, u turn very inconvenient, but the storage is nice

Over the past 6 years I’ve had to spend the money for a storage unit. Extra was my final experience and so wish I used them first. Very friendly staff and the grounds were kept very clean. I’d highly recommend them, prices are competitive for the Bay Area.

Jenica was amazing in assisting me with a unit thats under my moms name:)
