Jeremiah saved my life! On my lunch break and my battery died with no notice. Got a jump, made it to auto zone and he hooked me up with a new battery within minutes and I made it back to work on time! Great customer service and super helpful! Thanks J!

This crew is amazing! Dre (store manager) is always looking to make every experience a positive and memorable one. Elijah (commercial manager) doesn't stop looking for your part until he can get his hands on it and keeps you up-to-date with his intense searching! Joan (driver/up-front staff) makes sure your needs are met with everything you need and gets you your part as quickly as possible! She always has an amazing attitude and to listen to the teamwork and cohesion amongst the crew as they all work towards your goal is more than impressive

This young man went above and beyond in helping me. He replaced my battery, changed fuses, looked information up, asked questions, walked me through what was going on so I was informed, ( he is very knowledgeable) and since I was down the road, gave me a ride since I have a torn meniscus. Here’s the amazing part, he’s a senior in high school. What a good young man who was raised right with compassion, politeness, and great work ethics. Thank you ERIC for an OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!

I was told this morning that I had a brake light out. Ugh I don't have time for this. I'm mobile lab working stats time is of the essence. So of course I went to AutoZone. I was helped by two amazing ladies, Andrea and Natalie l. They were on point, they had me in and out in 12 minutes. They were kind courteous fixed my brake light for me. Dre was taking my taillight off while Natalie was inside pulling the part needed. They we're so nice about it, smiles on their faces, and again I couldn't give bigger kudos to these ladies!! Thank you too so much!

I’ve shopped at this auto zone for 5+ years and never had a problem, customer service has always been above and beyond! Today the manager Dre helped me out tremendously with a battery for my truck and I couldn’t be more appreciative! I’ve never left a review on any platform and I just had to for the first time for what she did for me today!

Nick was very compassionate and helpful today. I went in and he helped me troubleshoot why I failed emissions and helped me pinpoint that I needed a new fuse all with a smile on his face!

Many of the people at this store have zero customer service skills. Not friendly, unhelpful, seemingly just plain lazy. No desire to go over and above and beyond
