Tara Edgar and Gilbert were awesome to work with. I can’t remember the tech that did my walk-through, but he did a great job as well. Very easy process, they took my trades at face value I didn’t get a huge runaround. I’ve bought many RVs before for multiple places and by far this is the best experience. The super C I bought was very clean, detailed and ready to go.

Found this company online, was looking for a camper shell. Made an appointment to come in and speak with a rep. Their establishment is Really Nice!! The folks are friendly, not pushy at all. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience! I couldn't be happier with my custom camper shell, as well as the great price. I would give Blue Compass 10 stars if possible! I will be bringing my business solely to them for my rv/trailer/jeep mods from now on! Thank you Blue Compass!!

I want to give a shout out to Joe Lobato! Joe was an awesome salesman and genuine guy. He helped my wife and I purchase our Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup. He took his time to walk us through different campers and talk about all the differences in each unit. He also included a new hitch with our purchase to make it an easy hook up. He knows his stuff! When the day came to pick up our camper, we had a small hiccup with some cosmetic stuff. Christian the sales manager jumped on it right away and made sure all issues were handled and resolved professionally. Joe and Christian then took their own time to walk us through how the camper worked when we arrived for pickup. They even got their hands greasy and clean khakis dirty hooking it up to my truck for me! Appreciate the hard work! Lastly, Steve in finance handled all our paperwork and made it a smooth transaction to finish out our purchase. He’s a straight shooter from Boston, my kinda guy! Went to several RV dealerships in Mesa area and were pretty disappointed with the salesman that we dealt with. No one gave us any info on any trailers. We finally made it over to Blue Compass RV in Mesa off of Broadway and we had an amazing experience. Our salesman Gerard Lobato was AMAZING!! He didn't just open the door and push us in, he actually gave us information on the RV, pros cons and everything in-between and comparison of the different brands. We actually felt like he cared about us getting an RV. Would fully recommend Blue Compass RV and Gerard!!

Our experience with Blue Compass RV in Mesa was disappointing. It took approximately four months to receive our trailer, and upon pickup, it was evident that it had not been properly serviced. The heat transfer fluid was low, which we had to refill ourselves. Additionally, the bed slats were missing, they were present during our initial walk-through but were gone when we returned to pick up the unit. The dealership declined to replace them. They instead cut some wood pieces for us to fit as a temporary solution. We purchased a used 2019 nuCamp 320 Boondock, which we enjoy overall, but the sales and delivery process at Blue Compass RV did not meet our expectations. We would like to acknowledge Gilbert, who was very courteous and did his best to assist us. It seemed that certain decisions were beyond his control. We would recommend potential buyers proceed with caution and confirm all promised items and servicing are completed prior to finalizing the purchase.

I purchased an RV in 2022, and during the warranty period I decided not to post a review as I was hopeful that things would improve. They didn’t. I forgot to post the review, but today I received an add asking me to trade my RV for a new one as it would be covered by the factory warranty… that reminded me to post a review. Why would I ever again buy an Rv from Blue Compass? The service experience with my RV during the factory warranty period was horrendous. Every single time I took the Rv for service was a nightmare. Repairs were shoddy, service was non existent, we were lied to on several occasions, had to take it more than once for the same repairs because they did them wrong the first time around. Why would I buy from you again?

I would like to thank Kenny Medina for the great job he did in ordering and replacing my rear door for my Snugtop even though I didn't have a serial number he identified it by photos I sent him. I will definitely use Blue Compass from now on. Kenny was very professional while interacting with us and made us feel like he was very willing to help us in every way when other companies just did not want to take the time to help us. Very impressed with Kenny and Blue Compass. Thanks again.
