Screwed me out of my money. I never used there storage unit. Thought I was just having to put in my information to reserve it. Realize later I got charged for it even though I never went into the office to get my log or anything else and now they are refusing to give me my money back even though I never used their storage unit. As far as I'm concerned, they're thieves

Moving at end of month so local storage that was affordable, safe, and convenient. Desiree was happy 2 help and her customer service was beyond amazing. She was able to move us in right away with ease and explained all the details with patience. She answered all of my questions and was very professional throughout. Would recommend to friends and family.
