I met Anastasia on a super stressful day when I was moving and had accidentally reserved a unit that wasn't climate controlled at another location. She was very helpful and professional and got me into a unit quickly so we could return the U-Haul by 5pm. The facility is clean, and seems really safe and secure.

Anastasia was very helpful when we were moving in and again when we moved out. We broke some Christmas ornaments and she quickly provided us with a broom and bag to collect the trash. Our unit was perfectly clean and when we moved out there was no evidence of dust or bugs. Highly recommend

I have had my storage unit for 2 years. Really love the staff who works there. Very kind and helpful all the time. Especially Anastasia who i talk to when I make my payment. This was the easiest and most important the kindest experience I have had. I have never rented a storage unit before so I had lots of questions. Some silly I am sure! Everyone was wonderful! I believe the first person I spoke with was Shonda or Shanda..she was amazing! I spoke with Logan today, amazing! Then I went into the office and Anastasia was also top notch! Highly recommend!
