I made a reservation for a unit to store a car and then a few days when I attempted to sign, the price went up. I argued and got the price back to the original. On arrival, the location of the unit would not allow my mid sized vehicle to drive into it. I had told them ahead of time I was bringing a vehicle so there was no excuse. Ruben responded they had no other units and I could pay more for a different location. I argued to Ruben's boss that they promised a unit to fit my car through the door. He was difficult, but I eventually got another other unit without paying extra (the better location unit barely allowed my collector car to drive in- this was very, very stressful). There were also issues with the garage door not staying up on its own. Little concern was shown when I said this was an issue for me. A few month into the lease, they send me a notice that the rent is going up nearly DOUBLE! I will never go back! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! UPDATE: The owner asked me to call (see below), so I called the number provided. Rubin answered the phone and I explained why I was calling. He said he had no idea why I was directed to this line. That ended my call. This just further shows what a joke this business is.

Been using this storage for about 3 years and must say like the past 4 month with the new manager, has really showed he care about keeping the place clean and safe. Highly recommend

This storage site was great overall to store my stuff since January 2025 through September 2025. However, after the third month, my rates when up 1.5x my original amount. Overall staff experience has been great, but the increase in rate is why I am giving it 3 stars.

Great customer support, great location, great prices and great options! This has been the best storage unit I’ve used and it will definitely be my first choice when I need a storage unit again in the future!

Always a pleasant experience renting with u haul. They have very affordable rates and their equipment is always in great shape, never have any issues. The rental process is fast and easy and the associates always pleasant.
