FCP Euro

I got recommended to FCP Euro from friends that have bought all their parts for their Volvos and Audis when I bought my VW CC. A very well rounded and good company. I now frequently travel to Connecticut, and I always stop by and pick up/ return or use their amazing life time warranty on parts! They really stand behind this, especially nowadays. I get to even enjoy to their very knowledgeable front desk people in help with my electrical and technical assistance. Their phone and email customer support have been always excellent and solved my problems within 48hours. I can’t thank FCP Euro enough, my car has now 173k miles, all major parts and even tools are supplied by them! Thank you!!! FCP Euro has real customer service and located locally. I have had a few questions about returns or orders and I get someone who helps me/resolves my problem - not someone who just puts me on hold and comes back with "we can't help you." And the lifetime guarantee is awesome. I keep my BMW for years and return my oil/plugs/brake fluid etc. when I am in the CT area or by mail. It's worth it! I used RA for the last time about 3 years ago when I did my water pump/thermostat and the aftermarket thermostat housing was a bit long and I could not reattach the hose. I had to put the old thermostat back in. You cannot call or email RA. I had to go to my credit card and dispute the charge for product misrepresentation. Never again... Only FCP going forward.

The FCPEuro staff was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the replacement of the high pressure fuel rail sensors on a 2014 BMW M6 with the S63B44B Bi-Turbo engine.
