Bought two batteries there a little over a year ago for a truck that is used regularly. Truck wouldn't start if I traveled and didn't start it for 4-5 days. They told me the batteries were fine (after testing) but just low on charge and that the only thing they could do for me is charge them which would take until Monday - when it was Thursday. I needed the truck on Sunday for a trip but they said the batteries would not be ready by closing on Saturday. I told them I would need to buy two new ones then. I asked if they could do anything for me. Nope. Old batteries were fine. Full price! Not even a $20 off coupon. Nothing. So I potentially left two good 1Yr old batteries there (or not, I'll never really know and couldn't wait 5 days to find out) and had to pay full price, over $500 for two new batteries. Not the way to treat customers that have been using your shop for years IMHO. I will never go back to this shop again, they have lost my business and all or my extended family's business going forward. So disappointed in the lack of customer service.

The team at this interstate kick ass! They always honor their warranty on the batteries and most recently over 4 years on a battery on a black truck in AZ. Great to do business with them over and over!

1 year old battery died. You can’t get your replacement without the actual invoice, despite their website saying otherwise. I was told I could call Monday and have my battery warranty looked up, but it’s Saturday and my car is dead. The guy that answer obviously didn’t want to help and sounded annoyed I called. I’ll just be going to Autozone today. Autozone or Oreilys honor their warranties and they’re both open 7 days a week. They are all over the country and simply replace the battery if something goes wrong instead of making you prove you bought it from their location or are the original purchaser.

I went there literally 60 seconds before close and they still replaced my battery with a smile, I didn't realize I went there so late till I saw them locking the gate as I was leaving. Felt bad about it so I'm leaving a review.

Staff is very unprofessional,they do not honor warranty.Supposibly battery was "not maintained".Also when purchased no care and maintenance instructions are provided nor was i told that maintenancewas needed ornit qould void warranty.lady up front was not even trying to help me whatsoever.please take your business elsewhere.
