Interstate Battery Distribution

I have a small battery that needed juat a little bit of acid added to it so I called them and they said to bring the battey by. The women at the front desk said they don't have any and wouldn't even get up out of her seat to go check or ask someone else. Poor customer service and apparantly their staff does not know what services they do or don't offer.

INTERSTATE BATTERIES OUTRAGEOUS DEPENDABILITY!! They are Awesome! Great Batteries, long life and they don't leak like a lot of other brands do. Good prices and Great people that are easy to do business with.

Called to start a account. 9am and no ones in the office til after lunch. So they say you can pay retail. LoL Great sales strategy! SMH. Way to represent a company and a good way to lose business

I had eight, 100 pound batteries that I needed to recycle, dropping them off was very quick and easy. Everyone was professional. I pulled up in the back, they drove up a fork lift and loaded them up onto a pallet, drove back up to the front, walked into the main office and received payment after they weighed them. The whole thing took like, maybe 5 minutes or less! Highly recommend them!

Our mechanic sent me over to exchange my Interstate gel battery. They called ahead and made sure everything was in order. We arrived and were in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for your quick and easy service.

Good place to get batteries for a good price. You do need to set up a business account with them though to get the best pricing, and that’s not too difficult if you have a business already.

Was unable to reach them. Would suggest calls be routed to an open facility when they are not. It was a weekend day when most sales operations are open. Ended up not purchasing an Interstate Battery. First time in over 10 years with six vehicles. None were available with my specific battery fitment (a group 6). Ended up with an AGM from Walmart. Sorry. Had to have the car running!
