Would give it 5 stars but website changes put the PAY Bill BUTTON buried in over 1/2 dozen clicks after web ads. Used to click 2 places to find Pay bill. Thankful for Richard who is polite, helpful and able to direct me to where to pay bill online or either by telephone if not able to mail or come in.

The pricing and availability was great! I moved so I had to leave but the process to move out was so easy and quick, no hidden costs or fees! The manager Richard was great to work with!

Everyone hear was very helpful and always friendly. They made renting my unit on line super easy. Will definitely be back if I need to store my things again

I went in with my cousin to inquire about their pricing. Very friendly staff members, very clean environment, well established security with the gate code requirement to enter. We were looking for indoor units but we may consider this location after summer for short term storage. Thank you again to the staff! Very helpful!

My storage problems started when I had car troubles. I fixed the problems with my car, but I didn’t pay my storage. Richard worked with me through all the problems that I was having. He didn’t counsel me, he TOLD me that God only gives what you can handle! I fixed my car, and handled my storage later. This is WHAT we need in a person who’s giving you storage ,or dumping your trash…people with feelings! Ive been here 12 or 13 years and i can see why you’ve got him.

Richard was very polite while taking my payment over the phone. I was also pleased to hear my deceased husband was finally removed on my account after 13 years.
