This O’Reilly’s Customer Service here is something I haven’t seen in quite a while . Honest , helpful , problem solving , actually going out to your car and installing the battery cable on their own accord They honestly want you to be well informed and taken care of . Always have had the consistent courteous service here . Thanks Mike the manager for making this store number one !

Update Below (midway down) 4 month old SuperStart Premium battery completely DEAD after less than 4 months. O’Reilly swapped a bad battery in April but it didn’t last 4 months.. They gave me a lemon and because my warranty expired their answer was"too bad so sad". DON’T BUY batteries from O’Reilly .. Can you imagine if your wife or daughter was stuck with this on a trip or where no help was available?!?! Thanks Mike <—- guy who was rude on the phone.. I have tested the battery, tried to charge it, etc.. it’s dead.. he said he could test it and the system but warranty is up and it will not be replaced.. under 4 MONTHS OLD!! Trash Product and Trash Support!! What good is a warranty if they replace or honor it with trash that doesn’t work or last?!?! I would not put a single star on here, but have to in order to comment. ——————— Update- Follow up to owners response below: Anyone who reads this. As long as this review is up or changed to reflect otherwise. The time of you reading this ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done to "correct" the issue as the "owner" says. They have not replaced the battery that didn’t last 4 months on a warranty exchange. Certainly any reasonable person or company would expect that the exchanged battery would perform as new and they would stand behind it for more than 4 months. Or is it that the products at O’Reilly Auto Parts aren’t worth it?? Until they asked me to bring in the old battery and exchange it for a new battery this review will remain up ! Buyers beware ..

I had a dead battery. They tried to sell me a $450 alternator that I didn't need. They also didn't notice that my battery was leaking battery acid. Not impressed. Went to my mechanic, then auto zone.
