It’s been a year since Power Connections installed my solar system, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything has worked flawlessly, and I love knowing my electric bill is consistent and locked in — no more surprise rate hikes. The team was professional, the install was clean, and they followed through on everything they promised. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for long-term savings and peace of mind.

Had a Power Connections field rep come through my neighborhood. A guy who called himself Saxon. He managed to get in verbal altercations with two of my neighbors in a half a block (which is actually an accomplishment in this neighborhood, but not the kind that makes customers). I called Power Connections to try and get ahold of someone and the number went to a directory with directory options that don’t even work. Press any button you want and the recording just plays over and over. Everything about this place seems like a scam. Avoid at all costs. Attached are pictures of the guy who was harassing my neighbors.

Best decision we made this year. We have a house in Mesa and have watched our neighbors’ bills skyrocket. Ours? Same fixed payment every month with the solar energy. The battery backup came in handy during a recent power outage, too. Appreciate the follow-up calls—they really do care post-install. Best solar panels and customer service, highly recommend.

From start to finish, Chad and Alexis were there every step of the way. What impressed me most was the transparency — they explained everything clearly and never pressured us. With utility rates climbing and blackouts becoming more common, we wanted to future-proof our home. Power Connections delivered. The panels look sharp, the install was quick and clean, and now we can charge our EV straight from the sun. I especially appreciated how they walked us through the $0 down program with no lien and no out-of-pocket costs. And yes — the Zillow article is real: our realtor confirmed the solar setup added real value to our home. This is how solar should be done. Highly recommend.

What really impressed me was the customer service. From my first call with Jennifer to the final walkthrough with Austin, I always felt supported. They took care of the permits, coordinated with the utility company, and even helped us claim our federal tax credit. The communication was flawless and the install crew was respectful and clean. We were skeptical at first, but once we spoke to Tyler, we realized this was a legit operation. No pressure, just straight info. We were sold by the time he explained the federal tax credit and how we could get battery backup and Tesla EV charging all with no out-of-pocket. Dave handled the permit process, and Shane followed up after every stage. That kind of communication is rare. These guys cared about our experience. If you’re on the fence about solar in Arizona, just do it. You’re throwing away money every month. Power Connections makes it easy.

I loved PowerConnections. Tyler was a great help. I needed a new roof so he helped me and included a brand new roof into my loan! And it looks great. The installation only took 2 days and the team was very nice. Turns out my neighbor across the street was the manager of the solar installation team. His wife brought lunch for the whole crew. Definitely go with PowerConnections if you are considering solar. Couldn’t be happier with my decision.
