Well battery went bad and the ine good battery i had tested bad. I was recommended to Super Bee Batteries and made a stop today. Bob and Dash are very good and helpful people. Horrible customer service! You kid at the counter in a beater tank top zero manners or professionalism. I was there to return a battery that wasn’t working properly. Asked him a friendly question about how many batteries they sell and he had a smart ass remark and said it was none of my business. Hiding something? Hahah. This is not how you conduct business. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away!

Now don’t get me wrong I’ve been buying from this place. But I would start asking the test battery condition before buying. Would be great to show the buying costumer that the health and voltage good and ready to go. With actual good battery testers. I recently had a relative girlfriend bought a battery from there and the health of the battery is bad after first use. Weird, Tried calling the place but it was close to closing time. And left a voice mail. Will be back tomorrow for an exchange or a test. Update; battery good but the terminal boots was in the way. So there was good connection But I am skeptical on the battery health. But I’ll keep checking on it. Could take the costumer discussion lightly though. Was trying to explain and not trying to argue. The seller was trying to tell me that I was trying to argue, and that I wanna believe it’s the battery but it’s not. So, I get it dude you’ve been in business for 15+ years. But your costumer service need some work. And better equipment for battery testing. And check up your battery every month are weeks the heat and sun dose affect the electrical components in the battery…. Anyways I guess it counts an argue. but I won’t be back there no more.
