U-Haul Moving & Storage of Central Mesa

The staff here have been super friendly every time I’ve stopped in, and the unit itself was spotless on move-in day. I got my first month free with a truck rental, which saved me a good chunk right up front. One heads-up—access is tied to a keypad system that still asks you to swipe a card even though they no longer give those out. You can just hit the pound key to continue, but it’s kind of weird. You also have to check out at the same keypad when leaving, which isn’t super obvious if you’ve never used their storage before. Overall though, secure lot, clean facility, solid value.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had such a quick and easy experience with them. There’s an option to check out with an app. You can do it at any time with drop boxes and things like that so you don’t even have to check in or pick up during office hours. Also, I bought a truck or I rented a truck and it was too small. The manager was way cool about upgrading it without any hassle or really Charging me for the little bit that I had driven with the smaller van and check in and check out was so fast all the guys there were really cool. Even if you’re closer to another U-Haul one go to this one they have way more trucks and it’s way easier than anything else

This location was amazingly perfect from GM Tanner and staff MJ and Mindy! The best customer service right up to the best customer satisfaction! I had the best experience from the moment I walked in with amazing greetings and setting up for my rental! Thank you, everyone, for making my move go smoothly, considering how hot this move will be @ 112 degrees, scorching hot, that I had to extend my rental for another day! Sorry! The heat drained my energy to move any faster! The staff was so accommodating and understanding without any pressure! I will forever recommend it as my go-to mover rental for life!

I had an issue with the tow hitch installation but the manager was very quick, polite and courteous to address the situation, which has not been my experience in the past with uhaul. He definitely has given me a positive outlook on dealing with uhaul in general now and I'll likely be a return customer.

Do not rent from this location as they will hit you with a bunch of fees after the truck is returned. Make sure to document EVERYTHING as they will try to lie. They’re are plenty of other locations that reputable and trustworthy.
