Batteries Plus

Folks let me tell yall about the experience I had on today at this location. First off i have to give hella props & high respect to Ms. Whitley. Lord have mercy this young lady knows about batteries to the utmost. I called to get prices & information on a 400 cca battery for my HD road glide and to see if it was worth switching to a Lithium battery. I thought I had did my research & homework on that subject folks but this young lady gave me more information than I thought I knew. She was way beyond her pay grade in wealth & knowledge on that subject. I was so dang impressed with her help, advice, suggestions and knowledge while doing it on the phone with such grace, style & professionalism until I decided to drive from out east into mesquite, texas just to purchase my battery from her because of her exceptional wealth of knowledge and helpfulness to me. I could've purchased the same battery for a little less money and could've saved me a drive into town on busy, highly under construction I-80 but her enthusiasm to help me thoroughly & friendly disposition made me want to meet her face to face & shake her hand & let her know how I really, really appreciated her top shelf, awesome & professional help & assistance to me. Battery plus, yall are lucky to have such an awesome, top shelf employee as this young lady was with me. Lord knows she's a one of a kind in knowledge, product information and she did it all with a smile on the phone & in person. I'm forever grateful for making that phone call to this store and I'll definitely be back to be a customer of y'all all because of Ms. Whitley. Yall definitely have a go getter & a person who puts the customer first and she spoke highly of being an employee of Battery plus & the owner of the company. I'm a business owner myself & I wish my employees show such grace & style to my clients & customers in my absence at my business as she did. Ms. Whitley, You are a god sent young lady & because of U I'll be back to get my Other batteries for my Big trucks ma'am. And it was also a pleasant pleasure to meet U too Mr. Darrin. I hope I remembered your name correctly sir. If not I apologize but U know who U are. God bless U all and the entire crew/ owner at Battery plus in Mesquite, texas. And U were right Ms. Whitley, As soon as I put the brand new battery n my bike it started right up immediately ma'am. Outstanding Customer Service! Whitley was absolutely amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made my experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again because of her excellent service!

Very friendly staff that is proud of their store and their products. Very helpful answering questions. Installed a new cell phone battery within 45 minutes while I went next-door and shopped. Whitley was very personable and efficient. Now I’m trying to think of something else I need, just to go in and say hi to her.

I must say the sales specialist, Whitley has excellent customer service she was very patient in cleaning out the charging port of my cell phone. She explained the possible situations that could cause issues with this area of the phone. I left the store with my I phone working as new. Whitley is definitely and great asset to this store…

Whitley is great everytime I come she’s very helpful and knowledgeable! This time she was even gracious enough to change my battery, by the time I got back from Wendy’s she was already done! Definitely will be back & hopes this motivates the next to give them a try!

Yesterday, I visited the store to purchase a battery for my friend’s key fob. Whitley, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, informed us that she could also order a replacement fob. To our delight, the battery was replaced in a remarkably short amount of time. I truly appreciate your prompt service and the warm and friendly way you helped us!

I have to give a MAJOR shoutout and many thanks to the amazing workers, Derald & Whitley! They both were the kindest and so helpful for me and my friend today. If you are in the area I HIGHLY recommend going to see them! Both beautiful humans
