I would love to speak on the store Manager crystella Espinoza. She does a wonderful job of helping with issues I might have. And making sure I'm happy with my unit as well. She always having a smile on her face when I see her for help. She has been a great Manager there. And she also makes sure the units and areas around and inside the complex is staying clean. She's a very hard worker! I have been there with this company going on Two years almost now. And I have no complaints about how she runs things. We need more Good Managers like Crystella Espinoza!!!

Dear District manager. PLEASE DO NOT CHEW OUT THE MANAGER OR WRITE HER UP BECASE THEN SHE CHEWS US UNIT TENANTS OUT THAT POOR WOMAN NEEDS A BREAK. She’s lived her life, coming straight from the hood of pleasant grove, quick to let me know that we’re in a lovely part of mesquite, no break ins over here for 2 + years after I expressed concerns over the area. Being from the 3rd ward in Houston, I tend to think most places with bars on windows throughout the neighborhood typically indicates danger, it was relieving to know that’s not the case here in Mesquite. However, still I do not appreciate you being mean to her, because it came down on me. The paying customer. Tell me how I should know anything about y’all’s auditing system in place? Oh- because I got chewed out when I was trying to literally empty my unit and leave. Be nice to your office manager.

Great ownership and customer service with great monthly rates. They kept the facility secure and took care of any needs we had while we were there. The manager Kristi is very kind and provided courtesy reminders of payment due dates. You can tell she is genuinely caring of the tenants and loves her job. They offer online bill pay to keep it simple. I would recommend this location to anyone with no complaints.

We rented from this location for about a year and have never received such WONDERFUL customer service as we did here. Kristi, the office manager, was amazing--an excellent communicator, very polite and helpful, and a very hard worker. The site was secure and clean, and we encountered no problems whatsoever while storing our items there. I highly recommend this location and especially its management.

I utilized this facility for 3 years and I will fully recommend this facility. The store manager, Kristi May is absolutely awesome! She delivered above average customer service every time I spoke with her. I really appreciate her hard work and diligence to her store and its customers. The facility was always clean and kept up. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very competitive prices (I know I literally called and spoke to every single storage company within 20 miles) The break in's that happen from time to time are concerning but I feel this is par for the course in this area regardless of facility. I would Def recommend

Do not rent here. Price is great! A real bargain! But there’s a reason.... my unit has been broken into 3 times in as many months. Did they change their procedures to address the issues? No. Did they add any security or lighting? No. Did they call me back when I left a message for the manager to call me back? No. I feel like management is working with whoever keeps breaking in either by being deliberately ignorant of what’s going on or negligent in not adding any new cameras, lighting, security or barbed wire to the property. Keep in mind the manager lives on site with her family. Theres at least one person living in the units. How does that happen without management knowing? It doesn’t. Which is how I know this manager isn’t always on the right side of the law. Allowing people to break into units for a share of the profits isn’t too far fetched. Especially in hard times like these. My things are gone and I won’t get them back but maybe I can help someone hang onto their valuables by posting this. Don’t take your stuff here it will not be safe.
