Please avoid the headache! We spent $5k+ for a new motor and intercom, and both broke in less than one year. They spent an incredibly frustrating 6 weeks attempting to fix it, and after hounding them for updates I realized we were still under warranty per our contract, so I simply requested our money back in exchange for not sharing my experience with their company. They went radio silent and we now have to take them to small claims court. The new company we hired said they sold us a terrible product at an astronomical price. We are now getting a much better system for the same price we paid ACL.

Access Control Systems has been our "go-to" company for all our exterior gate needs (we have 3 of them) at our home for the past 5 years. They have been EXTREMELY reliable, responsive and delightful to work with. Even when we had a hurricane, they were out quickly to assess and repair the damage the storm had done, and even helped us clear our driveway! Ralph and Roger are the BEST! Highly recommend them.
