Enuel Trejo was the sales representive that offered his help. My car was left without battery in mu job next door and he went the extra mile to help by going door to give a jump start and being the car over to buy a new battery. His customer service was excellent from the start until end where he was able to quickly change the battery from old to new.

Definitely A terrible experience, I rented some tools a female employee and what I believe to be the manager helped me find the tools, they were helpful at the time, they put everything in the bag including my receipt just to find out they gave me the wrong receipt, when I went back they said they couldn’t take the tools because I never bought anything from them and wouldn’t give me back my refund for the rental tools, saying it’s my responsibility to take the receipt and not let the employee touch it which it’s definitely dumb to think about that, almost in every spot a cashiers always gives you the receipt. He started calling me a lier and that I wasn’t gonna get a refund, he helped me the day before and now he didn’t want to give me the refund, terrible customer service. I ended up getting my refund cus I kept pushing to give me my refund and to check the cameras and employees but for anyone who doesn’t feel like going thru that definitely wouldn’t have gotten a refund which they probably have done with other customers

I came into the store in distress due to my battery dying on 7th St. I walked into the Autozone, and they were instantly helpful. The manager Mari was very supportive and Christian Sanchez was awesome. He offered to help me purchse the battery and take it to me, PLUS change it. He hurriedly went to where my car broke down, and in less than 10 minutes had it up and running again! Very thankful for these awesome employees at the Autozone on 27th and 14th.

I asked Anthony for a battery change , he helped me with a smile at all times. He recommended me the best battery for my car , removed my old battery and placed the new one in just 5 minutes. Great customer service on there end.
