The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gives peace of mind for storing personal items. Access hours are reasonable, and they offer helpful amenities like climate-controlled units and carts on site. All in all, Compass Self Storage is a solid choice, especially if you value good customer service and a clean, well-managed facility.

Desde el primer día me sentí tranquilo dejando mis pertenencias aquí. La diferencia la hace el equipo humano, y especialmente Vicky, la General Manager. Ella es muy atenta, servicial y extremadamente trabajadora. Siempre atiende con amabilidad, ya sea en persona o por teléfono, con la misma dedicación. Su profesionalismo y consejos fueron clave para elegir la unidad perfecta. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por cada cliente y eso genera mucha confianza. Sin duda, recomiendo Compass Self Storage y a Vicky al 100%.

This was my first time renting from this location, and I must say that I have had a better experience than in other locations. Although there was an issue with the battery in the car, the representative explained exactly what I needed to do to get it resolved, and it was resolved immediately. U-Haul sent someone and they replaced the battery so quickly. It was a pleasure doing business at this location, and the staff was really professional.
