Just learned of DC batteries through Concept Boats. I had a battery fail on my boat and they were quick to replace it. Despite never meeting before they treated me like family. Met me at the door to take my bad battery and had a brand new battery in the back of the truck before I was done signing the paperwork. Moving forward they are the only place I’ll buy batteries. Best spot for batteries!! Top quality batteries, I bought the blue Optimas for my boat, super happy with them. Helpful staff and contractor prices for the industry and walk-ins. I don't write reviews much but this place is the best. Five stars
This place is the best place for battery assistance! I have two 48v 100 amp hour lithium ion batteries that I was having an issue with. The batteries had become undercharged and the battery management system (BMS) wasn't allowing me to charge them up. This place was able to help me out and get them going! Very professional and knowledgeable. Going forward, I will be coming here for all of my battery needs.
