Good luck to you if you ever have a power issue. Going on 2 days+ without power. My husband took the day off work to deal with this issue—after countless calls, escalating to multiple supervisors we are on a hamster wheel of hell. Different information from different people and no one actually shows up when they say a technician is en route. An absolute nightmare, we are literally begging them for help on the phone and we get nothing. This is incredibly unethical on FPL’s part. They have a monopoly so there is no one else we can call for service

Thank you FPL for fixing this issue! The crew worked overnight helped very much to have AC back during the Summer. Customer service was exceptional they have service hours unless it’s emergency then you can always speak to a representative. In my case they had to send different trucks and get everything running again, can take few hours but I think they did wonderful job.

Cada vez peor. Mi madre tiene 82 años, no sabe ni entiende de aplicaciones. Yo le ayudo a hacer sus pagos cada mes. Hemos estado 4 horas esta mañana tratando de comunicar con un agente de servicio al cliente y la bendita máquina dice que esa opción no está abilitada. La llevé a la oficina más cercana y el custodio de la garita nos dijo que no había nadie que pudiera atendernos cara a cara, que no perdiéramos el tiempo. ¿Para qué publican números de teléfono si no van a ayudar a los clientes? Como tienen el monopolio del servicio eléctrico en Miami, abusan de los consumidores. Son una burla. Estafadores. Y después te dice: "Lo siento mucho....." . Ni lo sienten ni les importa.

It is impossible to communicate with FPL as this company that has prestige for Protect your customers. How is it possible that they opened an account in my name without authorization without my consent I've already reported it to local police and the Federal Trade Commission. as an identity fraud activity.

Dicen que tienen servicio de customer service 24/7. Y cuando llamas te sale una maquina dándote un horario de oficina!!! FPL lo peor del mudo!!!!! Tu sabes que es lo que pasa con FPL? Que es un monopolio sin competencia alguna, sino ya se hubiera ido a la quiebra con el pesimo servicio que brindan!!!! Y ni hablar de lo q cobran!!!

FRAUD!!!! SCAM!!! they called me to collect $1930 or they will disconnect my light. They are big scammers, they are nor FPL, and they ask you to come here to pay your balance

Es una falta de respeto, todos los meses suben la tarifa de la electricidad y pagando el bill del mes actual a los cinco días está llegando el Bill del siguiente mes. Como pueden saber el consumo del mes siguiente si no han pasado ni diez días del pago anterior? Todo es basado en un estimado, cuando llamas al customer service sale una máquina y solo te da opción de PAGAR, es lo único que les interesa EL PAGO, es un robo lo de FPL, y sin opciones.
