I've been a customer here for a long time but I'll never go back. I would avoid the service department here completely. I brought in my Yamaha morphous last November for a v belt replacement. The mechanic told me the issue was actually the rear brakes. It took 3 months to get the parts in and once they replaced it I had the same exact issue after billing $560. I brought the bike back and they agreed to order the correct v belt which took another 3 months and another $300. When I went to pick up the bike it was covered in dirt the ignition wouldn't turn to on. The mechanic sprayed yamalube inside and got the key to turn on but as soon as I turned it off I could never get it started again and was stuck. I called the dealer 3 times and they told me the manager Catherine would call me back but she never did. Go anywhere but here.
Lilly was absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient and kind, taking the time to answer all my questions about the jetski in detail. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help, thank you, Lilly!
After 10 years as a loyal customer with my Yamaha T Max, and always receiving great service under Alex’s management, I’m sad to say I will not be returning to this dealership. The current service is far below standard, and the attitude is completely careless toward longtime customers. My bike was in the shop for two months due to a missing part—understandable. Then the wrong part was ordered—fine, mistakes happen. But after two months, I called to check on it. They told me it was ready for pickup Friday. I show up Saturday morning and, of course, it’s not ready. I waited about two hours. I finally take the bike and ride it to the nearest gas station, only to find out the battery is dead. I return to the dealership, and they casually tell me they "didn’t realize" the battery was dead and to come back Monday. I go back Tuesday—because, like most people, I have a job—and pick it up again. Once home, I wash the bike and notice the bodywork is loose, clips are missing, and the panels are barely held together. I return once again, and they admit the clips weren’t snapped in properly or were missing entirely. I wait another three hours while they fix it—meanwhile, they charge $155/hour in labor. I spoke with the manager, and all she could say was, "Well, I’m sorry." No effort to make things right, no accountability. This was the last straw. Motorsport has lost a loyal customer. I’ll gladly drive farther to another dealer who respects their customers and takes pride in their work. They won’t be seeing me again—and I definitely won’t be purchasing the XMax for my nephew from them either. Stay away from this dealership. All you’ll get is stress, poor service, and a team that only cares about getting paid—not about doing the job right.
I went there to buy some motorcycle oil , and the customer service was amazing. They went out of their way to find out some answers i needed for a project, offered me a discount on the oil product, and the lady in the showroom answered all my questions about the jet Ski I was eyeballing. I just made this my favorite store to go to.A+++
Highly recommend you stay away from Motoport! Save yourself the trouble! This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Chance after chance I’ve given them and they continue to fall short but this was the last time for me!!! I bought my Yamaha 255 FSH Sport E here in 2021. Brought it back for routine maintenance. When I picked it up, they casually said to "keep an eye on the steering cable" — but said it wasn’t urgent. Weeks later, I take it out… and I can barely steer the boat. Bring it back, and today it has officially been sitting for 30 DAYS, UNCOVERED, exposed to sun and rain, only for them to say, "Oh yeah, it’s the steering cable." And the hatch was left open the entire time — knowing this location has had a cat problem in the past. Completely reckless. I called every single week for updates. Kept getting: "We’ll call you back." "We’re looking at it today." "The tech’s just about to check it." I had to go in person FOUR TIMES just to get real updates. They offered a 15% discount on the part — but it’s still $50 more expensive than Yamaha’s own site with no discount. Make it make sense. $627 at the dealership / $427 on Yamaha’s own website. Then I ask for a manager. Hours later, I get a call from Kat, a retail manager who: • Acts like she has no idea why I’m calling • Offers no apology, no accountability • says labor is 4 hours (they’re "doing me a favor" charging 3) — but the service rep already told me it’s a 3-hour job • claims boat delivery is $150, though I was told it’s normally $100 and they’d "see what they could do" due to the delays And then… she accuses me of "yelling" and threatens to end the call if I keep "raising my voice." Then proceeds to tell me if I don’t like it to pick up my boat and take it elsewhere. Let me be clear: • I never yelled • I said, "I’m frustrated." • I even told her, "I understand you’re short-staffed and overwhelmed." That’s not yelling. That’s being patient after being ignored and given the run around for a month. ⸻ Here’s what you’re really getting at Motoport: • Boat left outside for 30 days • Hatch left open — with known cat issues on site • Parts overpriced despite "discounts" • Incorrect labor quotes • Zero customer service from management ⸻ I spent thousands of dollars here and bought my boat from them. Never again. If you’re thinking about doing business with Motoport — DONT!!!
Came here for some parts and ended up buying a new jet ski from Katherine Choux! Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
Just purchased my first ski from Motorport USA and had nothing but an amazing experience. Came in at 3pm and left with a new ski by 6pm. Amazing and fast service. Thank you so much to Kat for helping me out with everything! She was amazing and so sweet! I highly recommend Motorport USA.
