Office Depot

Terrible service. I went there, got in line, and waited to have my papers bound. It was just a small amount of paper. And I couldn’t get it done because the employee simply said they had too much work and weren’t going to do it. They told me I would have to leave the material for the next day, but I couldn’t do that because I needed it. And it was just a few pages. The employee simply refused to help me, saying there was too much work. To me, that makes no sense. I’m a paying customer. I’m a customer who was there needing a service. If they have too much work to do, that’s something management should handle — not something to throw at the client, like "I can’t do it now, I can’t help you right now." You know, it’s not the customer’s fault whether they have too much or too little work. The customer is there and deserves to be helped. You shouldn’t treat clients like their needs don’t matter — as if all that matters is your workload. So I’m filing this complaint because the service was truly bad. Very bad. It really needs improvement. Later, they lose customers to competitors and can’t understand why. They should really rethink their approach because this kind of service just doesn’t work.

It was great to be able to shop at this office depot after 8pm which is unheard of. The selection of goods wasn't the best though, but the staff were courteous and helpful. If you need office supplies late, you must come here.

Mal servicio , intento varias veces sacar una copia a través de email como dice el Sr de las copias y no puedo le pido ayuda y no lo hace , no entiendo cuál es el gran servicio si se supone que ellos deberías ayudar a personas mayores como yo y lo único q me dijo al final es q lo pasé a un usb y se lo traiga de regreso y yo lo único q quiero es una fotocopia de un documento q tengo en mi computadora . Q mal servicio al cliente pésimo

The worst Office Depot that I have ever been. They treated me with distrust and lies. I went to buy a gift card and they said that I needed an ID when I was using a debit card with pin. And I know for fact, they don’t ask you for that. unless you use credit or you Go over a certain limit of money. You can’t even lose your wallet, cause they will treat you like you are a criminal. I advise everyone not to go there worst customer service ever….

Had a very frustrating experience printing documents here. The self-service printer kept jamming, damaging several pages. When I asked for help, the staff member just unjammed the machine and restarted the job without addressing the ruined prints. Eventually, the printer became completely unavailable. I was told to use a different machine and that the unused print credit would be refunded to my card — but I had to re-send the job and somehow figure out where I left off, manually, from my phone. The employee offered no real assistance, and I was left to deal with lost time, damaged prints, and a confusing, inefficient process. Extremely poor service and support.

Si se pudiera dar estrellas a los trabajadores sería genial, para poder calificarlos como PÉSIMOS.
