Cierran las maquinas 1/2 hora antes del cierre. Corro de mi trabajo para llegar 1/2 hora antes. Nunca puedo imprimir nada. Hoy sabado igual. En la semana pido ayuda a una jovencita y Ni se levanta de la silla, ni deja su celular. Debo buscar mis cosas sola. No se vuelve alli.

Hoy he recibido el peor servicio de mi vida. Voy con bastante frecuencia a estas oficinas en diferentes lugares de Miami. A esta de la 118 es mi primera vez hoy 23 de Octubre a las 4:41 pase casi una hora ha sido terrible gracias a una de las trabajadoras que se encontraban, una en específico joven y de pelo negro no se du nombre que no me quiso atender ni mucho menos ayudar en lo que yo quería hacer. De hecho me tuve que ir sin terminar mi trabajo. Una señora que vino y me ayudo creo que la jefa de piso si fue muy amable y gracias a ella por lo menos hice la mitad del trabajo.

Estuve esta tarde en la tienda. La chica que trabaja en la zona de impresión tiene muy mal carácter y muy pocas ganas de trabajar. De muy mala gana me dijo q no tenía Internet para el autoservicio. Le pedo de favor que me ayudara a imprimir unos documentos y mientras seguía en lo suyo levantó la vista y me dijo, ve a la computadora a ver si ahí resuelve. Es la 2da vez q vengo a esta tienda y me tratan super mal. Trabajo en el sector del servicio y hay q por lo menos intentar ser agradable, de esto vivimos y se lo q es un mal cliente y un mal empleado. Por lo q he visto en los review no solo me ha pasado a mi. Office max presten mas atención a sus empledos. En lo personal a esa tienda no regreso

Hoy e recibido muy mal servicio la muchacha de la parte de la impresora tiene muy mala forma en trato al personal. Solo dos fotocopias funcionaban la fila cada vez se hacía mas larga y mucha espera aparte la falta de atención al cliente pésima

They are terrible. No one says hello when you come in. There is nobody to help you if you are having trouble finding the item that you are seeking. You only get help if you yourself ask the person at the printing station. Once I got my item, there was no cashier to charge me and they had to call someone. It appears that whoever who they called was struggling with using the system. He finally figured out how to use the device and processed my order but I felt something was wrong with the final amount. I had asked to have the receipt printed and noticed that a $1 donation had been added even though I had not selected any amount. By default, a donation should be zero unless I select an amount. I had asked to cancel the order and redo it again to get the correct amount but he refused and instead refunded the $1. I should have asked to just cancel the whole thing and go to Best Buy but I did not want to make an extra trip. The only good thing is that they have plenty of parking.

Terrible service at this location. First of all, there was only one person handling the printing section, and she barely knew what she was doing. She was sending all the customers to do things online, even when they could be done on the spot. I tried using the self-service printer and it didn’t work, so I had no choice but to go through the employee. After insisting quite a bit, I finally got her to print the booklet I needed, after several failed attempts. Other customers also complained about the lack of professionalism and ended up leaving the store. Lastly, this isn’t supposed to be a time-consuming service, but I ended up spending almost an hour on it. I won’t be coming back.
