What you have going on at ihop on bird road is unethical. I ordered a to go order and had my car towed in the parking lot and forced to pay $145 in the TD bank parking lot . Does the bank Give you permission to conduct business there ? You guys have all my information. I witnessed other cars getting damaged as they were towed out. A white Teslas bumper scraped the floor while I was waiting to pull out . $145 is unethical and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal what you have going on.Either your driver had a horrible cold /runny nose or he was under the influence of cocaine driving erratically to take as many cars out of the parking lot . I don’t appreciate the intimidation more than having to pay the $145. You have my license and information I don’t appreciate your company predatory tactics . It is unsafe.

I will be reporting them to the proper authorities and urge everyone to double-check their active business and towing licenses in the State of Florida before doing any business with them. They towed a vehicle and then demanded $300 in cash only, refusing any other form of payment. That alone raised a red flag — legitimate towing companies in Florida typically accept multiple payment methods and provide proper invoices or receipts. To make matters worse, instead of returning the vehicle to an official towing yard or authorized location, they left the car sitting in a random parking lot. Who does that? That’s not how a legitimate towing company operates, and it raises serious questions about whether they are even licensed or insured. Everything about this experience felt shady from start to finish. They insisted on meeting in a parking lot for the exchange, didn’t provide any proper documentation, and acted as though this was a normal process. It is completely unacceptable to charge someone hundreds of dollars and then abandon their vehicle somewhere unsafe. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this company entirely. If you’ve had a similar experience, please report it to local authorities or the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) to help stop these types of illegal or unlicensed operations. Consumers deserve honesty and transparency — not this kind of sketchy, cash-only, parking-lot transaction that looks and feels like a scam

Unfortunately Ive had to use them several times to tow my old Jeep. They are professional and fast. Great guys and hard working.

Place is hole in Miami far from where your car is literally at I had to walk back and forth to pick up my truck! Then they have you standing outside waiting for someone to show up for a long time after you paid already! If they are so prestigious how come there isn’t enough money to pay for more workers! There’s nothing prestige about that place!

I came to work Saturday on my Harley and when i finished work but didn’t want to crank up. I had no other choice than to call Aaa and they sent this company. I was concerned on the type of trailer they would use but gladly they sent a flatbed and with a driver that knows how to tie it down. I dove with driver on truck and for it delivered to the shop to be repaired. They did a good job by me and i will recommend.

The company’s service was spectacular. The arrival took no longer than expected. Richard was pleasant to work with. He inspected my car and checked the leakage I had. He took time to explain what could have possibly damaged my vehicle and suggested a few options. I definitely recommend the service. Hopefully you will get Richard as your tow guy. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company towed my car and caused serious damage due to improper towing. Since then, my vehicle has struggled to accelerate and won’t go beyond 50 mph. A mechanic confirmed the damage was caused by how it was towed. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and asked to speak with a manager, they told me I had to file a complaint on their website and wait 48 hours for a response. I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Very negligent. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your car.
