"Towed for No Reason" We were parked legally, minding our own business, when a towing company decided to take our car anyway. No warning, no reason — just greed and complete disregard for people. When we went to pick it up, they were unbelievably rude from the moment we arrived. They didn’t care that we had done nothing wrong or that the car was parked where it was supposed to be. My husband was the one driving, but the car is under my name, so they demanded my driver’s license — even though I wasn’t the one behind the wheel. I had my license saved on my phone, ready to show them, email it, or even send it to their printer. But they refused every option. They insisted I drive all the way home to get the physical card, even though the police themselves ran my license on the spot and confirmed my identity. Still, that wasn’t "good enough." Their attitude made it painfully clear — it wasn’t about rules or procedure; it was about power and money. No compassion, no flexibility, no decency. Just pure greed.

I am not from Miami, and I parked in what clearly looked like a legal parking space. There were no signs, no red or yellow curb paint, and nothing to indicate that parking was restricted. The lines on the road even made it seem like a designated spot. If parking is prohibited there, then the city should not allow that space to appear available. Frankly, this feels like it’s done on purpose to take advantage of people who are not familiar with the area. It’s unacceptable and honestly disrespectful that the city chooses not to properly mark these areas, then immediately tows vehicles and charges high fees. This kind of practice feels more like a money trap than a legitimate safety concern.

Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. My car was towed for some unpaid parking tickets, even after I went and paid over $1,000 to clear everything with the city. When I came back to pay them, I was only short $40 out of the $415 they charged — and they refused to show even the slightest bit of understanding. Completely heartless, no compassion, no respect for people’s situations. Their only concern is money, not helping anyone. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Their priority only robbing people ,no compassion whatsoever,they really disgusting people over there ,each and everyone in there

Horrible, don’t get your car towed in wynwood or these people will scam the hell out of you. Got my car towed brought a notarized letter by a Florida state public notary and they said is not valid. They are basically trying to keep my car extra days. Horrible service at the door, rude people. What can you expect from a towing company

They just town my motorcylceeeee! Guys be awareeee and becarfull my motorcylcle it’s a 100% eléctric it’s a Fly -E-Bike I don’t have registration a insurance my law in florida because it’s bellow the voltsss in Miami so for law I’m 100% right first time happened this to me they don’t know that now I’m going with police trying to get back my Fly - E Bike transportation ! If I could give zero stars, I would. This towing and recovery company was absolutely unprofessional and unreliable from start to finish. They took forever to arrive, offered no clear communication, and showed a complete lack of concern for my situation. The driver was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. On top of that, they overcharged for the poor service provided. When you’re stranded on the road, you expect a towing company to provide quick, dependable assistance—not attitude, delays, and a ridiculous bill. Save yourself the frustration and call literally anyone else.
