I am an owner of various golf carts and purchased batteries from this company. After leaving them there for two weeks as they were under warranty,. They told me this was to discharge and recharge. I have been told that my batteries are good even though they look like they’re going to blow up. They don’t work!!! I bought Trojans from another company and the golf cart works just fine. Yhe only good employee that works here is Victor. Victor has always been courteous and helpful. The manager Ariel H., was the employee that said they were all good and they are not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I purchased a total of 9 batteries – first 5, then 4 more – and every single one failed in less than 4 months. When I went to Miami Star, they initially assured me that the warranty was with them. But when I went to their location, they suddenly changed their story, saying the batteries had no warranty at all, despite the fact that the paperwork clearly states a 1-year warranty. On top of that, their customer service was an absolute nightmare. They treated me so poorly, with a complete lack of respect, as if I was the one at fault for their low-quality products. They were rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. The batteries are garbage, and their attitude towards customers is even worse. Avoid this place at all costs – they’re nothing but crooks. Compré un total de 9 baterías – primero 5 y luego 4 más – y cada una de ellas falló en menos de 4 meses. Cuando fui a Miami Star, inicialmente me aseguraron que la garantía era con Continental. Pero cuando llegué a su local, de repente cambiaron su versión, diciendo que las baterías no tenían ninguna garantía, a pesar de que en el papel claramente decía que había una garantía de 1 año. Para colmo, el servicio al cliente fue un desastre. Me trataron muy mal, con una total falta de respeto, como si yo fuera el culpable de sus productos de mala calidad. Fueron groseros, despectivos y totalmente poco profesionales. Sin duda, esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido con cualquier empresa. Las baterías son basura, y su actitud hacia los clientes es aún peor. Eviten este lugar a toda costa, no son más que unos estafadores.

We have 4 Auto Repair Shops in the Miami area and Royal Battery is our Battery supplier. The main reason we stay with them is the excellent service we constantly received from their Route driver JP, this guy is the best keeps our inventory always on track and answers phone calls for emergency’s. Excellent.

I was hesitant to purchase based on reviews. When I walked in, it was not what I expected. I was greeted upon entering and everyone was very helpful. They recently had a change over of personnel so perhaps all the bad seeds are gone. The staff Ariel and Victor where very professional and guided me with the correct battery for my needs. Definitely recommend this battery place instead of your typical auto parts stores in Miami. Thank guys.
