Terrible place, rude workers, disorganized. This is related to ipostal. Everytime I go here to get a package for my box, no one can ever find anything, they are very rude also. They just throw everything into a cabinet and hope for the best They also never log anything properly so you will get overcharged for "leaving packages there" even after you picked them up. I tried to give them grace, but every single time I go it's the same experience there with them. The people who work here are never nice It's awful.. ipostal should not be here as they are not equipped to handle

Disappointing experience. I waited over 15 minutes at the register with no staff in sight—no one acknowledged me or even mentioned they’d be right over. This is exactly why brick-and-mortar retail keeps losing customers. I ended up ordering everything I needed on Amazon instead. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed I won’t be returning in-store again.

I came to print 4 sheets of 1 document, asked how to do it, the employees said you can only print from your work computer, they sat me down at the computer, I tried to log in to my email 3 times and couldn't, I asked if there was any other way to do it, they said no, and then I received a notification from the bank -15$ for renting a computer, although I spent 3 minutes with it and it was buggy for a very long time, (I asked to call the manager, they said he had to wait at least 30 minutes for a meeting) be careful, they rip people off!!! I don't recommend it to anyone

I am so very grateful with Shaureen for solving every questions I had, for having my orders always ready on time, or sooner than expected. She signed me up into the rewards system because I was spending so much and not making any points back. I feel like she truly cares about her customers, I am a new business owner, and she is always asking how everything is going, and sharing her encouragement words! She cares so much about how happy I am with my products, and is always recommending what’s best for me! Thank you Shaureen and team!

Staples has excellent prices on back to school supplies. They have a clean and organized stores. Employees are polite and professional. Loved the clearance section and my whole shopping experience.

It’s sad because I know this review won’t change absolutely nothing. But wow, the two women that are on the paper print section (Wednesday afternoon) are extremely incompetent, they have the worst attitude, they are non helpful and know nothing about design, art, paper, cutting, nothing whatsoever. You can tell they have no interest in working there and/or helping costumers at all and it’s sad because I love Staples in general, but this to me is a huge reason to not come back. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I had a very frustrating experience at Staples today trying to return an Amazon package. They only had staff working the regular registers, no one was assigned to the Amazon returns station, so I ended up waiting far longer than I should have. To make things worse, people who arrived after me were helped before I was, which made the whole process feel completely disorganized and unfair. If Staples is going to offer Amazon returns, they should have someone actually managing the station and following the order of arrival. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time.
