T-Mobile Experience Store

Words fall short for how competent, authentic, and supportive the staff is at this location. The team leader is pure firepower. He made an impossible situation with my phone become totally possible. (Not to mention, being willing to stay with his associate nearly two hours after the store closed) simply to ensure that my issue be fully resolved. Chris and Luis, you guys are simply the best. Tmobile Communications should pay attention to this location!

Both times I came in the workers were very attentive despite the long wait! They offered us coffee and water as we waited and even tried to assist me with my issue despite them being on short staff. Wendy and Wilson were extremely helpful, every other T-Mobile location were very disappointing compared to this one.

This store deserves 10 stars. Super helpful not only that each person that walked was welcomed. It also seems like they just clear out mini fires for every customer that walks in. Wendy I will say is amazing super helpful with me and welcoming. Very aware of the surroundings of store. As a former store manager for a global brand I have seen that customer service has lost the connection with client. But this store should be filmed as an exemplary store. Every customer was greeted and you can tell every especially Wendy was engaged in every single interaction. Although things are going all digital it helps when you have some like her to guide you through the process. My daughter and so had been walking and she offered us water. This place exceeds customer service. Now I work at a hospital now and I wish they could they can show a video of how this store consistently connects with each person. Not one person ignored not one person walked in without being greeted. I am honestly wowed. The time and dedication not only to me but to everyone. Super chill vibe in the sense no pressure on anyone they are simply just here to assist. They way all the staff bounced off each other to assist and sale but not pushy in a knowledgeable way zig I am making any sense. I only came here for one thing and I walked out with several items. Mainly because of the transparency and how knowledgeable they all are. Kudos to the staff on Saturday July 26, 2025. Thank you soo much Wendy I truly appreciate you as well as the staff.

The store has plenty of parking in front, the actual store is clean and well organized. You get greeted upon entering every time even if the employees are busy. I was help fast and left super happy with a great deal after I switched to Sprint from Verizon which was a lot more expensive. In fact they paid for my financed phones with Verizon and I walked out with a top of the line additional phone . Kudos to Steven the manager and his team Claudia, Ruben, Hugo, Edisson, Effrain, and Rene. Special thanks to Karina who was tremendously patient with me.

La tienda de Coconut Grove es muy buena, pero su manager José Morales es lo mejor, muy inteligente, conocedor de su trabajo, colaborador, amable, educado, se ve que ama su trabajo, es muy profesional, también es muy cercano sabe ayudar y nunca tiene prisa para el público. Es todo un caballero, se merece 100 estrellas

I came in very upset after my iPhone was acting funny . After trouble shooting with it José patiently and graciously saved the day lol. Thanks Jose love the new location too! …. Second time I went was taken care by Chris another very helpful tmobile associate who helped me and carefully taught me what to do with another issue that came up. Didn’t have to wait; there were many employees and people getting serviced. My new tmobile store to go to. Free parking, nice new store and nice place to do other shopping or eating as well
