Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Inventory Management I ordered a bicycle from Tic Spin through their website because the model I wanted was listed as in stock. They quickly processed my payment and sent me an order confirmation—but then, complete silence for nearly two weeks. No updates, no tracking, nothing. I finally called the store to check on the status of my order, only to be told that the bike I purchased was no longer available and the warehouse didn’t even stock it anymore. It’s extremely frustrating that this wasn’t communicated sooner. I did eventually receive a refund, but even that took another week to process. The whole ordeal added nearly a month to my search for this particular bicycle. While they did refund my money, the lack of transparency and poor communication made for a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.

Great service, professional, and friendly. Explained everything well and had my bike ready and assembled same day
Dropped off my e-bike for a repair. Refused payment and told me he would sell my bike within a week. Cops had to be called to retrieve bicycle. Update: when I went with a cop, the store owner said he wanted me trespassed from his store and wouldn’t let me pay; The cop said it’s a civil matter and I will need to sue him to retrieve my bicycle now since I’m not allowed on the premises.
Was looking for a fixie bike for me and a cruiser for my wife and we found Jason’s shop. A lot of local bike shops don’t have fixies listed on their site so I was happy to find his. He was really friendly as well. Happy with the bikes.
Jason is so professional, kind and awesome. I’m so glad to have bought my first bike with him. He’s been through and gone above and beyond with his service. I’m looking forward to continuing visiting his shop for any future bike needs. 🙂
