So impressed with this business! Their website is accurate - no appointment necessary for battery replacement, and the cost was very reasonable. Alec was a pleasure to work with, and my car was ready to go again in about 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Other places around the area wanted me to drop off my vehicle or get a scheduled appointment next week. I called and was informed I could just drop by and it wouldn't take very long. Alec was extremely informational and polite and was able to get me in and out in about 15 minutes over all. 10/10 would recommend for anything battery related.

This was my go-to place for car and boat batteries. I stopped by yesterday and was met with the usual courtesy and good service. They put the battery in my car for free. I went to pay, and the battery cost $237! I was told that the prices had all gone up. My next stop was Costco for some shopping. I noticed that the same size Interstate brand battery was $123! Apparently, the extra $115 is for "better quality" and a better warranty. I have always paid a little more at Interstate Battery for the service and to test my old battery. This will no longer be the case. Nothing against the people there, but the price was unforgivable.

Went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced. The person who helped me was so kind. When I described the conditions and asked him if it was time to change my battery, he did a battery test. After seeing that the battery was in good shape, he voluntarily did a load test to double-check. Confirming that my battery is still good he told me that I didn't need to buy a new one. When I asked how much the battery costs, he even gave me options and shared that I could get it cheaper at Costco if I wanted to. But I'll be coming back here because you know you can trust the staff, who are truly looking out for your interests.

I bought a battery lasted about a month and it went dead.called the store they said all they could do was replace it NO refund. I did not want a replacement because when it failed I had to buy another one because I was stranded. So now I'm out 80 dollars am have a dead battery. Very disappointed never buy anything there again
