Midfield Hardware & Storage

I stop by looking for a particular item that they carried but it was packaged extremely to large for what I needed. But, I purchased it anyway. That’s why I giving them a 4.5 today! It seems like they only carried the item now in larger sizes and the price are higher! Whew! Inflation is serious! I also checked outside in their garden & flowers area for some plants. That was a let down bc it was only a small amount of flowers left on a pallet to select from. I was looking for the split leaf philodendron, but the Associates/ man told me that they didn’t not have any more house plants. They would not be getting any more for the year. So, that was a little let down! So, I gathered my items and headed to check out. the cashier/she was very nice and friendly. She assisted me with my items and I was on my way. The store is a midsize place, it’s clean inside, has music playing overhead. I’ve always received good help & I’m pleased with this Hardware store! "HAPPY HARDWARE SHOPPING!"

Great service always have whatever is needed to make repairs along with reasonable prices. Customer service is on point. There hrs are 8-5 Monday thru Saturday and will be closed Monday July 4th. I recommend using Midfield Hardware & storage. I rate them a 10/10 Great customer service Always have what I need along with any help needed as well. I saw a help wanted sign on the door so they are looking for help currently. All around good business in the Midfield community.

store hours say they close at 5, I pulled up at 4:40 & couldn’t get serviced because they closed early . I saw people still inside so I called & the owner answered but he was still reluctant to help . I would give ZERO stars if that was an option . When you post your hours of operation it’s important to stick to them, you have people like me who plan their day to make it everywhere on time !

After spending several hundreds of dollars there over the past 3 months, I was sold a product that was misrepresented on the label. I tried to return it and purchase a replacement that was $75+ more and because I didn't have my receipt with me the owner declined. Oh well... Apparently he couldn't see the bigger picture because a return of $24 to make $84 would be more business logical.

Alabamas heavy freeze. The worst bit of cold near in history. Being of prepared thought they had plumbing items paid for on call when all the large stores were nearly out of most needs for plumbing repairs. We were able to obtain what we needed to assist those who couldn't get their water on. Thanks again Midfield

Got one key made but it does not complete all actions like the original and they did not have a blank key for my other one. The people were nice enough though.

I have only used the faxing services. Service with a smile could be used. Cell phone distraction take away from them engaging with the customer.
