I agree with the other reviews. Outstanding customer service and kindness. Came out in the rain, tested my car batteries, installed new one. Got my key fob battery changed. Fast, courteous and professional. Too bad they don't do knee replacements also.

Needed my watch battery replaced and had recently come across this location near my community. The representative was super helpful, and even told me about their lifetime battery replacement program for my watch. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes so I am very happy and would highly recommend Batteries plus

I went to the Midlothian Turnpike location several weeks before and the associates stated they were short staffed and could not program key fobs. Disappointed and I considered going to the dealership. I Googled the locations and was happy to find a location on Hull Street. I went to the Hull street location and was assisted by Walt in ordering the key for my car and I also paid for the renote key fob programming. Walt answered any questions I had about the process. Once my key arrived I was called by the store manager to schedule and appointment to come in. I went to the Hull street location on Tuesday May 13 and Walt programmed my key fob and tested it out to ensure that it worked properly. Great customer service from Walt and the owner. Definitely would recommend this location because it's in a convenient location, it was affordable compared to the cost quoted by the dealership and they provided exceptional customer service.
