SecureSpace Self Storage Milpitas

I am only a month in, so I haven't been here long enough, but as things stand now, I have had no trouble, and they haven't raised my rate. I have met both of the on-site staff, and they are pleasant and very helpful. If there is ever a rate hike, I will move my property, but so far, so good. Usually, 3 months go by before anything starts to emerge. But I am happy thus far.

Don’t rent this place!!! The facility is so old. No climate , and my units are getting rodent and ants infested!!! The staff is very defensive, trying to put all the blame’s on me. I’m paying $1000 for two units. Back in January it was $600. They just hiked the price, without any service. I want to get out of this place asap and never come back.

The most professional, clean, user friendly storage place I've ever come across. They make storing safe, secure, stress-free. Highly recommend and Courtney is very helpful, Hassan is A+ They are great to work with and take care of the place.

Courtney was extremely helpful in choosing our storage unit. She showed us all the available options, answered every question clearly, and guided us through the lease signing process. Excellent service!

I am very apprehensive about saying anything either way because I just moved in. I am not getting cozy in case I need to move again. I am weary of any rate increase at all, because that is what these storage facilities are routinely doing. You get a fair rate upon move in, then when you're all settled in, or about 3 months later they'll jack the rate up on you. I think this type of business practice is deceptive and should not be allowed. For my own piece of mind, I have installed my own security camera because of past facilities, so i covered that concern myself. My hopes is that this facility isn't like other storage companies or my last storage unit 360 storage in Newark. CA where I was burglarized by the office staff. We need more people that own these types of companies to be more customer service oriented and not so greedy. Everyone is struggling and it seems our fellow Americans only care about making more money and hiking rates. Grant it this is more of a rant, but I'll come back in six months to leave a better review of my experience. The man at the front was pleasant. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I didn’t end up renting here only because I found a similar option closer to home, but this Milpitas facility had great pricing and a wide range of unit sizes. The staff member I spoke with was very thorough in explaining the options and promotions. If you're looking for convenience, competitive rates, and staff who are both welcoming and kind, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Hassan has been very professional, courteous and helpful when I needed his services. I have been at this Milpitas location for a few years and I highly recommend it.
