Rick H did the job. I needed a battery while out and about in Milwaukee, and he got the right battery and took the time to get it installed correctly, cleaning up that terminal that was adding to my problem. Stop in for parts and leave happy.

Rick H went above and beyond my expectations. I came in for a new car battery and Rick installed it and went through a lot of trouble removing my old batt caked acid. yikes! Rick was extremely friendly, patient, and exuded compassion with a desire to help others out. Thank you Rick! Im A devoted customer for the long haul.

I can in with an overheating engine and had help from Rodger to pick the right coolant for my car and even helped refill!! The store seemed very welcoming with knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff willing to help. He not only helped me refill my coolant and wiper fluid but gave good advice on taking care of my car. Would recommend and be coming back.

Rick H. Was SUPER helpful. He was busy helping 3 other customers with battery problems outside and was still able to help me during that time. He also told me what tools I needed to change my brake caliper, so that was also very helpful. He has always been consistent for all the times that I’ve gone to this auto zone.

Que (I didn’t catch the spelling of their name) was very helpful installing my daughter’s brake lights in her car. Only one was out but was willing to replace both if we wanted. Job was done quickly and got us back on the road. The price was much cheaper than I was expecting and I have piece of mind my daughter’s car is good to go!
