Don't expect reliability when you hear this company I got set up for a pick up after my car surprise broke down on me. They originally told me the eta would be 1 hour. After waiting in my car for and hour and 15 minutes I decided to give them a call to check their eta. In which they responded with another 20-25 minutes further for eta. I wait for another half hour and a driver reached out to me letting me know it would only be about 10 to 15 more minutes. 40 minutes go by and the tow truck is finally backing up to my car. My initial phone call to schedule was at 8:19 AM and my car got picked up at 10:40 AM, so we did just barely miss that 1 hour eta. I did call to try to get a discount. They mentioned that they gave the biggest discount they could so there only resolution to the situation was to promise a discount in the future for the next time I need to get towed and the told me I didnt need to pay sales tax but I did still have to pay the unmentioned service fee. Please don't make false promises!

Driver provided for my needs was a great guy. Very open and personable. Seems to have good values and cares about his kids.

I contacted this company to arrange for my son's vehicle to be towed. Upon the tow truck's arrival, the driver jump-started the vehicle, assuring me I would have no issues getting home. I paid $100 for this service. However, just 10 minutes later, the vehicle stalled on Moreland Road during rush hour. I contacted the company again, and they informed me that I would need to pay an additional $150. I agreed, and they estimated a wait time of 60 to 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, a text message indicated they were 11 minutes away, but no one arrived. When I called, they gave me another estimated wait time of 60 to 90 minutes. The dispatcher even mentioned that no ETA text message had been sent. I would not recommend using this company. While I typically utilize my insurance company for such matters, my son's vehicle does not have towing coverage. I intend to add this coverage to avoid experiencing such unsatisfactory customer service in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband’s vehicle was towed by this company, and when I contacted them to obtain the legally required information about where the car was being held and how to retrieve it, I was met with profanity and aggression from staff. The call was abruptly terminated, and my number was blocked. When my husband called directly, he was told that if his "attitude" did not change, he would have to wait until Monday to retrieve his car. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and raises serious legal concerns. A towing company has no authority to hold a vehicle hostage based on a subjective judgment about a customer’s demeanor. Because the company refused to provide the vehicle’s location, I had to contact the police department to obtain that information. This kind of obstruction is a clear failure of both customer service and legal responsibility. Consumers should be aware of these practices. No one should be subjected to aggression, profanity, and refusal of service when trying to retrieve their own property.

I can’t say enough good things about Tommy! Breaking down on the side of the road is stressful, but he made the entire experience so much easier. He arrived quickly, was professional, and treated both me and my vehicle with the utmost care. What really stood out was his kindness—he went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and informed every step of the way. Incredibly terrible and harmful experience. My car got stolen in Milwaukee and when found, had to be towed from the city lot. I had to drive 3 hrs to Milwaukee to bring my keys to the tow truck driver so they could take it to a mechanic, and the mechanic never received the keys. The tow truck driver denied ever receiving the keys, however the city lot found security footage of the tow truck driver receiving the keys. When I let them know, he changed his story to say that he gave them to the mechanic, which very clearly never happened. When trying to find a way to make it right, multiple employees denied that the tow truck driver lost my keys, despite all evidence to the contrary. He raised his voice to talk over me while trying to find a solution, repeating over and over again that the tow truck driver said he didn’t lose the keys, and therefore couldn’t have, and that they will not be paying or providing compensation for any loss of property. He then hung up on me. I’ve already had my car stolen, destroyed, and I’m having to spend way more money and time without a car because of a simple mistake that they could easily own up to and make right. The tow was literally a 2 min drive from the city lot to the mechanic. Horribly unprofessional and rude staff. Impressively incompetent as well. do NOT get a tow from them.
