Customer Reviews
Moto Union Milwaukee has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 233 reviews on Google
PLEASE, bring your business here!!! Their almost 5 star rating is no joke. I was looking out for Ducati dealers in the northern Illinois area and landed on Moto Union after a brief and productive call with Stewart. He left the door wide open for me while I got a couple things lined up to buy the bike and the instant I put a deposit down, the bike was taken off the website. Everything fell perfectly into place with Stewart and the rest of the incredible staff making the process from purchase to delivery totally seamless and punctual. Environment is welcoming, inventory is great, and the floor is awesome. Thank you Moto Union, I will most definitely be back! Post-purchase update: I wanted to take the time to shed some light on the incredible support side of Moto Union. Unfortunately, the first couple of months with the Panigale were rocky with a pesky check engine light. Derek and his service team were the aspirin for the headache; they were more than willing to take care of getting the bike to and from the shop (I live roughly an hour away), they were thorough yet punctual with troubleshooting, and all around easy to communicate with and quick to get back to me. Just recently, I had hit an object in the road that damaged my fairings. I let Derek know and the parts were ordered upon request, I tried taking it upon myself to tackle what I believed to be an easy job (it was not) and failed. I got in touch with Derek again and asked if they could help me recover my "half-assed" reassembly job. I was met with the reassurance that they would gladly take over, and the bike was done quickly even with their busy schedule (as well as being cheaper with an alternative repair route that was their idea!). If I could give Moto Union an infinite rating, I would; but the best I can do is buy more bikes Thank you Moto Union team for doing what it takes and then some! Everyone please come here! P.S. thank you Stewart for answering all of my what seems to be endless (to me anyways) motorcycle questions
Great buying experience with Moto Union! I have been visiting Moto Union to service my BMW bikes for a few years now; first my older F700GS, and now this year a S1000R which I had purchased at another dealership. They have always provided great, friendly service. Service and labor prices have always been about what you would expect for a dealership specializing in BMW and Ducati, not cheap but also no price gouging, and service times are always quick, as long as you're not expecting a same day service during the busiest times in the spring, etc. Having recently brought in my S1000R for service, I looked around quite a bit at the Ducatis on the showroom floor. I have been interested in the new 2025 Panigale V2 for a while now, given the new updates and great reviews it is getting. I didn't see one at the time, but had been checking inventory online at Moto Union and other dealers in the general area (though the other dealers are much further away). After a disappointing experience trying to communicate with another dealer in Chicago, I noticed a 2026 Panigale V2 popped up on Moto Union's website inventory. I signed up for price alerts online, though I didn't contact the dealer directly, thinking that the bike likely already sold or something, since that seemed to be my experience with this pretty desirable new model. I honestly didn't expect much. Still, I was promptly contacted by Nathan from the dealership, who mentioned that he saw that I expressed interest in the bike. I explained my situation, including that I was hoping to trade in a different bike which was no longer really being used since I got my S1K, and he invited me in to the dealership the following Tuesday (it was a weekend, and the dealer is closed Mondays). When I came in on Tuesday I expected to get a value on my trade in, check out the Pani V2, etc, and not really much more. I felt very welcomed (as I always have when coming in for service), and Nathan was honestly great to talk to through the process. Well, I was so impressed with the Panigale that I decided to take it on the spot. There was no pressure at all, which was surprising. When speaking to a Chicago dealer about the bike, I felt a certain pressure to get moving on the purchase from the sales manager, and when I mentioned I lived far away and also wanted a trade in evaluated, they ceased communication, which was super disappointing. Not the case at all with Moto Union. Everyone at the dealer made it a quick and painless process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I didn't expect to be leaving with a new bike that day, but.. here we are! My trade in bike did have quite a few modifications, however I had kept all the original parts which I planned to bring in (but obviously couldn't since I rode the bike in). Neither Nathan nor the other staff made a big deal about bringing the original parts in (or doubted that I had them), rather they took my word for it, and gave me some time to gather them and come in a few days later. As for the bike itself, it's an absolutely beautiful and amazingly fun motorcycle to ride. I can't say enough great things about it. Within a week I accrued the requisite 600+ miles for the break in service, and dropped it off earlier today, again being met by friendly staff, who at this point have become familiar enough to get on a first name basis with me. If that wasn't enough, I've still been in contact with Nathan through email, who has been excellent at answering my questions about the bike, maintenance, service, etc, since this is my first Ducati. He's been super responsive and helpful, no matter what my questions are. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Moto Union in the future for new or used bike purchases, trades, or service. Though I've known of them for a few years, and had them service my bikes in the past, having finally made a purchase with them I can understand why they're such a well regarded dealership. Thank you again to everyone at Moto Union!
Purchased a Ducati V2s back in July. Had a warranty issue with the exhaust (manufacture defect) they were able to get everything resolved super quick even with parts back ordered and over seas. Shout out to the whole team from sales to service for making it a great experience overall.
I had been looking for a used BMW C400GT scooter. I tried several places with no luck, meaning the bikes being sold had no maintenance records, history, explanations for aftermarket alterations or accident history. However, I gave it one more try at Moto Union. I had a fabulous experience! Nathan was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and he had the bike history including ownership and maintenance records. He was even willing to work within my budget and help get my phone connected! I'm from another state, but will happily make the trip back for my next purchase! Thanks Moto Union!
I had to stop by and leave a review after the excellent service I received yesterday. Moto Union serviced my engine a month or two ago, but the same issue resurfaced recently. When I reached out for help, they stepped up and resolved it without hesitation. Huge thanks and a shout-out to the entire Moto Union team for their outstanding support!
Disappointing dealership. When I inquired about servicing my low-mileage, immaculate 1995 R1100RSL, the front desk told me, "We do not deal with BMWs older than 20 years." It seems their staff are only trained on newer models on which they are certainly good, but certainly not to nurture BMW brand image.
Moto Union is hands-down one of the best shops around. Every visit is a great experience — the team is super chill, incredibly knowledgeable, and always delivers top-notch service. Whether it's regular maintenance, gear, or just talking bikes, they make you feel right at home. The shop itself is beautifully designed, and the vibe is just as cool as the lineup of motorcycles they carry. You can tell there's real passion behind everything they do. I’ve always felt confident bringing my bike here and will absolutely continue to do so. Highly recommended!
