Office Depot

I like Office Depot. I had ordered some prints from another Office Depot but there were issues with some of their equipment so that transferred the job to this location. They did a great job. The employee was pleasant and found my order right away.

I had a large print order for a conference that had the ball dropped on ordering by another committee member due to illness. I placed the order online three days before the conference but because of one poster, the order unexpectedly went to corporate for printing and would not have been completed on time. Andrew, a Supervisor, was kind and calm to cancel and reenter the order the day before I needed the printouts. The order was completed 24 hours later. Thank you, Andrew!

Incredibly kind, helpful staff. I had a large order of copies to make and needed some help working with the copiers and print formats. Que was extremely helpful, and patient when showing me how to do everything while simultaneously helping others customers! He was so great with everyone and really saved my day.

Every time I come here I have an awesome experience even if I just have to print flyers or Punch cards for my Boutique! Today on a Monday was really a breath of fresh air! Cheyenne, who ran around everywhere helping everyone took the time out to let me into the restroom with conversation along the way. When my flyer was not printing properly in self-service she took me over to the counter and helped me personally even when it took forever and a day for my flyer to load! Her coworker and her shared jokes and really brighten my morning! Of course I drive all the way from downtown Milwaukee to come here to do my my office work And get my supplies! Keep this these kind of employees please

How are you still in business? I'm serious.....Went in to get some sings for a yard sale, didn't buy any because the price seemed high. Looked at paper and cardstock as well, and again prices looked wrong. Sure enough go to Menards and the signs are larger, higher quality and exactly half the price. So if you feel like throwing needless money out of your pocket because you "got it like that", and somehow giving it to office depot is a flex, then boy do they have the store for you. Anyone else, just go somewhere else.

Que was very nice and friendly! He made our whole transaction go smoothly and was swift with receiving the chair we picked out! He even politely offered to bring our item out to our car and was quick with loading it into our car. A pleasant employee definitely deserves some recognition and reward!
