My wife and I recently built a home and experienced an issue with our front door. We contacted Western and they were extremely prompt and responsive. They made our experience better and remedied our concerns. We could not be happier. Great thanks to Mark, Bruce and team!

Marilyn and the front desk person, who's name I failed to get, were amazingly helpful today. Helped me in a pinch and pulled out more than one miracle to get something done for me. Highly recommend and they have great products. Thank you again!!!

The worst put together doors ever, used to be good. Not sure who's building these but the hinges aren't morticed correctly, stops are installed crooked, makes installing a real pain!!! May as well plan on repairing most of these doors

Had a delivery set for between 2 and 3 pm today.. arrived at 2:18 and was quickly put in a door.. 20 minutes later an employee comes out and said they where leaving for the day. And I would get unloaded at 5:30 am.. so had to cancel a load .. but then I was told i would get unloaded because an employee by the name of Robert Horning would stay and make sure I was unloaded... he truly is what I would call a great employee.. never complained and was happy to see i was able to make my other appointment.. I wish everyone had a employee like Robert.. thank you so much

Jeff came out this morning and hung our new front door. He showed us errors that were made with the original install and taught us how to adjust the door in the future if needed. This will definitely save us $$$ on our energy bill this winter. Overall, Jeff was super kind and helpful and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend this company and their service!

I've been a carpenter for 40 years. I am fully capable to hang a door to last and operate for a lifetime. I have removed countless doors that aged more than 100 years, and still operated correctly. I believe I am qualified to assess this product. If this company doesn't do something about quality control, along the lines of mortising, and assembly, they won't be in business much longer. I have decided that any Western door I hang is going to cost 1.5X my normal rate due to the excessive repair work I am forced to perform to deliver a satisfactory install. I have given up on these consistently poorly manufactured doors.
