When getting quotes from moving company, ALWAYS look at all the small details. You are better off taking more time up front to have a longwinded checklist that you can confirm the details than be told "well you said you didn't have **something*" Having to deal with late start, complaining, inadequately skilled workers that dumped over a pile of boxes, delivering broken furniture and other issues.

Got a surprise charge of $200, Did not disclose information about additional charges. The receipt I was emailed does not show itemized charges, Only the total charge. The movers told me I would be charged $500 as they went over the paper work with me. We also had to help with the move. I recommend you use ANY other moving company , you will only be disappointed by this company, and get whip lash from the surprise charges! Below is what their website says you will be charged for truck and movers hourly , which is not true as you will find out if you choose this company. Edit: company owner gave me half off the price of the move.
