I was looking for a quote to install a carpet in my house, and I can't overlook the great work and patience Dani had with me. I'm very grateful for her knowledge and her time. Long time coming at the Homedepot and first time we came today Nov 1st for kids activity "Build a excavator" And the guy who was at the table treated me so bad, he was so rude. I asked him: Can I have one bag please? (Construction set in a plastic bag) He was like... what bags? I am like: the ones you are sharing with the others. And I pointed it one bag that was on the table. With a mad face slided it to me, and than He said just one? I said, acttualy 2 please. Than He throw it on the table and I grabed it and I did the same, asking why you did this to me?, that's rude. He is like I did not meant anything. Oh yes He DID. since the begining I felt his actitude, He behaved so kind to other except me. I said thank you so much! And left. Not coming back to this store.

I shop here often and have always had good experiences, but I had by far the best customer service when I was there a few days ago! Tom H. went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything I needed for a project I'm working on. I asked for help cutting a few shelves to specific sizes, and he was able to do the cuts accurately and quickly, and also gave me a ton of advice on the next steps of my house project!! He knew exactly what I would need for the next steps, and helped me problem solve an issue I couldn't figure out with making my shelving fit. Thanks Tom! It worked!!

I had the pleasure of working with Carissa at the Home Depot in Minneapolis, and she was outstanding. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me navigate the store with ease, but she also offered excellent local advice and suggestions for my project that went beyond just what’s on the shelves. Her blend of in-store expertise and understanding of the Minneapolis area made the experience smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking her out if you need both professional guidance and local insight!

Helpful staff, great plant selection and great location. Had multiple options for each type of plant I was looking for. Had multiple options for bonsai or pseudo bonsai trees. Great sale for the larger palms, where many other places were drastically steep in price compared to here.

It was very hard to find help in there that knew what they were doing. Didn't get in the store what I was looking for so I had to order it online. They did it for me. I asked if I could use my gift card? They told me, no, these are the people that work there. I googled it and of course, I could use my gift card. I guess over all the stores, is okay, a little bit pricey. Not very happy that people just don't want to do their job.
